Is it good for me to meet friends now?
etc. help you to create clarity. If you have the feeling
that the answer is "yes", everything is fine. If you answer the question
If you answer "no", you need to find out why.

It goes like this: If I feel that it is not right to go to work now, I can ask myself the question: What would I rather do and why? In this example, I could answer the first part of the question by lying on the sofa and watching TV. Then it is possible that the answer to the second part of the question is: because I don't like my boss. I see. Good, now you see a bit clearer. What can you do then? - You can ask God to change this feeling.

Practice makes perfect. So then the question again: Is it good for me to go to work now? There is a better chance that the answer will be yes. If not, you can do the same until you clearly know what you really want.

Often we force ourselves to do certain things.
