Depending on how we look at a situation, we either feel happy or not. It is not the external things that make us happy, but the thoughts we associate with them. However, as our awareness grows, our inner experience changes. Thoughts lose their power, while feelings and perceptions gain in importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our thoughts shape our happiness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thoughts influence how we feel and how we experience our lives. As long as we seek happiness on the outside, we remain dependent on circumstances. True happiness comes from within - from the way we think, perceive and react internally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When awareness becomes more important than thinking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not necessary to always have positive thoughts. It is much more important to be mindful when stressful thoughts arise. They often point to old, unresolved feelings. If these feelings are consciously recognised and accepted, the thoughts will calm down by themselves over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perceive and accept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By carefully observing our thoughts and feelings without wanting to change them, inner clarity emerges.
