La vie, le travail, les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables et toutes les informations qui nous assaillent font que nous sommes constamment sous tension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La force qui est en nous doit \u00eatre entretenue.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pouvons en prendre soin en nous calmant et en \"\u00e9tant\" tout simplement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Souvent, nous ne nous sentons pr\u00e9cieux que lorsque nous \"faisons\" quelque chose. Mais Dieu nous a cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour que nous ayons toujours de la valeur. <strong>peu importe ce que nous faisons, et peu importe si nous faisons quelque chose.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entretenir sa force est en principe simple : tu t'assois sur une chaise et tu observes ta respiration - sans rien faire et sans penser (consciemment) \u00e0 quoi que ce soit. Tu inspires et tu expires. Tu fais cela tous les jours pendant 5 minutes (au d\u00e9but). Tu trouveras ainsi le calme et la force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C'est dans le calme que r\u00e9side la force.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qu'est-ce que tu gagnes \u00e0 ne rien faire pendant cinq minutes chaque jour ? Ta t\u00eate se clarifie, tu t'\u00e9largis, tu trouves ton centre et ton \u00e9quilibre, et avec le temps, tu sais ce que tu veux et ce que tu ne veux pas, les r\u00e9ponses aux questions que tu portes avec toi te viennent soudainement \u00e0 l'esprit, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu'est-ce que tu gagnes \u00e0 ne rien faire pendant cinq minutes chaque jour ?
