Et personne ne se pose la question : est-ce que c'est bon pour moi que je pense ? La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question d\u00e9pend enti\u00e8rement de ce que nous pensons !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penser positivement ou n\u00e9gativement, voil\u00e0 ce qui fait la diff\u00e9rence.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensons positivement toute la journ\u00e9e, comme par exemple<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\"La vie est si belle !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\"Je me sens tellement bien\" ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\"Quel miracle c'est d'\u00eatre en vie\",<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">nous allons bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En principe, nous attirons dans la vie ce que nous pensons. Si nous pensons bien \u00e0 long terme, nous allons bien. Si nous pensons toujours mal, de mani\u00e8re anxieuse ou inqui\u00e8te, nous nous sentons nettement moins bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si tu veux changer quelque chose dans ta vie : pense diff\u00e9remment !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous cr\u00e9ons notre monde avec nos pens\u00e9es. Arr\u00eater les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives n'est pas si facile, mais diriger consciemment tes pens\u00e9es vers quelque chose de positif n'est pas si difficile ! Chaque fois qu'une pens\u00e9e n\u00e9gative te vient \u00e0 l'esprit, tu rediriges ton esprit vers une pens\u00e9e positive. Au d\u00e9but, cela peut te sembler \u00e9trange, mais avec le temps, tu verras que tu y trouveras de la joie et surtout, ton cerveau commencera \u00e0 se concentrer sur des choses qui te font du bien.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous pensons tous - parfois plus, parfois moins.
