Selon la mani\u00e8re dont nous consid\u00e9rons une situation, nous nous sentons heureux ou non. Ce ne sont pas les choses ext\u00e9rieures qui nous rendent heureux, mais les pens\u00e9es que nous leur associons. Cependant, au fur et \u00e0 mesure que nous prenons conscience, notre exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9rieure change. Les pens\u00e9es perdent de leur pouvoir, tandis que les sentiments et la perception gagnent en importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nos pens\u00e9es fa\u00e7onnent notre bonheur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pens\u00e9es influencent la mani\u00e8re dont nous nous sentons et dont nous vivons notre vie. Tant que nous recherchons le bonheur \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur, nous restons d\u00e9pendants des circonstances. Le v\u00e9ritable bonheur na\u00eet \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur - de la mani\u00e8re dont nous pensons, percevons et r\u00e9agissons int\u00e9rieurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quand la conscience devient plus importante que la pens\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire d'avoir toujours des pens\u00e9es positives. Il est bien plus important d'\u00eatre attentif lorsque des pens\u00e9es pesantes apparaissent. Souvent, elles renvoient \u00e0 d'anciens sentiments non r\u00e9solus. Si ces sentiments sont per\u00e7us et accept\u00e9s consciemment, les pens\u00e9es se calment d'elles-m\u00eames avec le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Percevoir et accepter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En observant attentivement nos pens\u00e9es et nos sentiments sans vouloir les modifier, la clart\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure s'installe.
