Marie Kind – About me
Ever since I was a child, I have felt a strong desire to help others and listen to them. People and their health have always fascinated me – how we live, how we make decisions and how small habits can change our everyday lives.
Today, I am in my fourth year of medical school in the clinical phase and learn every day how differently people deal with stress, routines and challenges. These insights shape my attitude: real change begins in everyday life – with awareness, clarity and loving self-care.
Over time, I realised how much the topics of health, healthy living, balance, stress reduction and longevity inspire me. I love creating structures, establishing routines and discovering ways in which a busy everyday life can still be healthy, calm and nourishing.
What defines my work
In my one-to-one sessions, I combine basic medical knowledge from my studies with a clear and mindful approach. The aim is to give you guidance and structure so that you can live your everyday life in a more conscious, healthy and balanced way.
