What is the point of believing in God? Many people have asked themselves this question in their lives. And the answer is: much and little at the same time! Little, because you have nothing in your hand! A lot, because you have a lot in your heart! And having much love (God's love) in your heart is more than anything you can possess on this earth....
God's love warms us, makes us happy, helps us in difficult times.
Like no man and like no money in the world.
I would like to illustrate this with an example. Let's assume that my life is beautiful. Very beautiful, even. I have everything I need, except the love of God. Why do I need it when I am doing so well? Some people will ask. Yes, why? Because without the love of God I cannot be happy, I cannot shine and radiate from within, I cannot share my happiness with other people. The love of God is something very special that you can immediately feel in a person if you are open to it. A person who is filled with love radiates clarity, light and contentment. A person who does not have this love may radiate positivity and love - but he will never be so clear, radiant, happy and content.
Another example: I have a house, a car and everything I need to be happy. But I'm not. I am constantly annoyed, sick, cold, tired and unhappy. Why is that? Actually, I have everything that makes me happy, don't I? But my soul is unhappy when I don't believe in God, and it tries to make that clear to me through discontentment, illness and various little annoying situations.
As soon as you believe in God and open yourself to God's love, your soul is much more relaxed and happy.
A third example: A man does not believe in God. He goes to work and comes home tired in the evening. He takes care of his family as best he can and lives his life like that day after day. Unusual? No, quite normal. Until one day he hears that it would be good for him to believe in God. What does he do? He begins to think about why he should believe and why not. Like 90 percent of people, he is unconsciously afraid to believe in God. He asks himself: What will God do to me if I believe in him?
What has become of him? He has decided to believe in God and his everyday life now looks a little different: He likes to go to work, he likes to come home, he likes to take care of his family with love. He is no longer tired and his everyday life is no longer so monotonous: every day brings new happiness and new challenges that he likes to face! He has new friends, new hobbies. He is fulfilled and happy. His life has not changed outwardly, but inwardly it has: he is grateful and content with everything he has!
God says: Believe in me and you will be rewarded!
