It is not easy to remain calm and relaxed these days. Those people who have worked on themselves so far and have already found their way into their hearts are confident despite the Corona crisis. Those who are still struggling with their fears are more challenged.
Go into your heart!
If we are in the heart, the external circumstances cannot destabilise us. When we are in the head, the external circumstances can very well trouble us. This crisis is foreign to all of us. When was the last crisis that affected so many people at the same time? Probably before the time of Christ.
We all have two instances within us - if not more. But in this context, it's about our head and our heart.
The heart says: Stay calm and serene, everything will be fine.
The head says: It's a terrible situation.
What does God say about this?
God says that we currently have the opportunity to find our hearts. All head people are especially challenged at this time to go into silence and let go of their fears - because in fear we will hardly master these challenges.
But how do you do that? By sitting in silence and feeling where our heart is and what our heart is telling us. It's about realising that we are more than our head: we are in fact much more!
What matters right now is that we use the wisdom of our hearts to move forward in this Corona crisis. There are many possibilities that our heart wants to whisper to us, but if we are constantly thinking and afraid, we cannot listen to these clues.
The crisis is to be taken seriously
The crisis we are currently experiencing is serious, there is no question about that. But it is not about making a drama out of it - as many do. Rather, it is about asking oneself: What is my task now? What do I want now? What is good for me now?
The good thing is that we have time for it right now.
So watching the news all day, panicking or worrying about the future is not productive. Because out of worry we will not find a good solution. If, on the other hand, we are in our hearts and listen to Him, we will - each and every one of us for ourselves - find an idea, an inspiration, a solution for our current situation.
Our intelligence is much greater than we think, and we should strive to find it in the heart. And we can find it - once again - in silence.
Fears and worries are out of place. They relate to head scenarios and wrong thoughts. But when we are centred and in silence, we realise that our heart knows the truth and shows us the way step by step.
