People's consciousness is changing very quickly. Today we see things differently than a few years ago. Tomorrow we see things differently again and the day after tomorrow too. How does that happen?
What forces us to revise our opinions and question ourselves again and again? What I did yesterday feels strange today. Out of habit, I may continue to do it the way I did yesterday, but I no longer feel comfortable doing it.
I would like to describe it simply here: It is a new time. What was right yesterday and the day before is suddenly no longer coherent. What is coming tomorrow is still unknown, and many people therefore feel confused and unclear.
We still work as before, strive to carry on with our ordinary lives as always, but have feelings and thoughts that are everything but calm and harmony.
The heart takes control.
This new time is just beginning (since a few years) and is becoming more and more evident. Before, we all worked and thought with our heads. Today we have to learn to function - and think - with our heart! Our heart always has the right answer to all our questions. Our head very rarely does.
Yesterday, we could act, think and feel the same for 30 years. Today we can do that for a few weeks until change comes again: and that's a good thing!
We are in a new time that demands a lot of us, because everything is new and everything is coming very fast. Eventually things will settle down and we will all be able to listen to our hearts. Our heart is a good guide because it always shows us a solution - the best solution even.
What can you do if you are not sure if it comes from the heart?
Your heart will probably answer differently (for a while) than your head. To find out who is leading you, you can use your (right) hand. First let your arm hang relaxed and then point (quickly and without thinking) to the heart or the head.
If your hand moves towards your heart, you know that it comes from the heart. You should not think about this trick and not prefer any answer, otherwise you may be mistaken (yourself) after all.
Ask God to always be clear and listen to your heart - especially when you are unsure what to do.
The expansion we are experiencing is exciting and challenging - and it is exhausting if you don't have help. Take help. Many counsellors, doctors, psychologists etc. know what people are going through at the moment and have a somewhat clearer view.
