If you forget this or simply don't take the time for inner reflection, you run the risk of running away from what you actually want to achieve in life.

Who knows today what they really want to achieve with all their heart?

Only the inner self, the true self, so to speak, can tell us exactly what we want.

The task is to first find and learn to appreciate this true self. This true self is none other than ourselves - without ifs and buts. Living in clarity (of the true self) means living with more abundance, well-being and happiness.

Who am I? What do I want? These are questions that are not so easy to answer - because we are all (still) influenced by the whole. Only when you have left all influences behind you are you able to say: I know who I am and I know what I want. Before that, you wish for certain things and achieve them to some extent - if you are lucky.

This is not meant to be demotivating - my aim with this blog is to raise awareness that clarification is needed first before you can really go your own way. Before that, it is a path that takes into account the wishes and preferences of others.

Walking the path of our ego is usually deeply gratifying and enriching - on all levels.

Who doesn't know this (at least in part)? I decide on my heart's desire and afterwards I am deeply happy and grateful that I made this decision. That should actually be the case for the rest of my life. But it requires some clarity and courage.

First of all, it is appropriate to look inwards, that is, to meditate or at least be still.

Only from this silence is it possible to go one's own way and make one's own decisions.

How do you get there? That requires practice and going into silence again and again. Meditation and affirmations or prayers are very helpful. Sentences like "I know what I want" - spoken aloud again and again - help you to recognise exactly what you want. Patience and perseverance are also good helpers to come closer to yourself step by step and to leave all outside influences behind.

Attitudes such as "I am worthy of being myself" also help the most. When this is fully accepted by the subconscious, one has already taken a good step towards liberation or reflection and opened many doors to live what our ego or soul wants to live.

If you live what your soul really wants, you are much happier, much healthier and much more relaxed in life and with yourself.
