I am quite calm and balanced, although everything is very stressful out there. For me, it's proof that it's possible to stay calm, because: I was not always calm!

Stress is contagious, that's the problem, in my opinion. When everyone is stressed, we also become unbalanced. The question is: how do you manage to stay calm yourself, even though everything around you seems to be "in stress mode"?

I have to keep reminding myself of that famous phrase: "There is strength in tranquillity."

Very often we believe that we create more when we are stressed. I am no longer of this opinion. I believe that you can also approach things in a relaxed way - and achieve much more.

How do you feel when you are relaxed?

First important question! Isn't it the case that when we are very relaxed we feel unproductive, sometimes even lacking in energy, and above all not in the flow? Everyone is running, and me? I am relaxed, chilled out. Is that possible these days? I think we have fundamentally misunderstood something. Being relaxed doesn't mean doing nothing. It simply means "feeling". Once we feel and then react, we no longer react frantically, but calmly. That is the first calmness we should achieve.

Feeling is the magic word

Someone calls you and tells you about a seemingly crazy situation. What do you do? You get upset, you judge even though you weren't there, you swing like the person who calls you and is very upset. What would be a better reaction? Just listen and feel.

By the way, this is certainly also a good solution in our current Corona situation. First feel and then decide what you want to do. I decided, after feeling, not to resonate, not to get upset. What is the effect on me? I feel like there is no Corona. That's possible for you too!

So are you relaxed that you are relaxed? And do you feel in every situation before you react or act? Then you are already much calmer.

In addition, you can step out of the field of stress

Are you in the middle of this field? Or have you already exited? The field is an energy and you have the choice of which energy you want to be in. Do you want to be in the hustle and bustle? That's okay, just be aware that it can be quite stressful there. Would you rather be in the field of calm? Then imagine that you are moving from one field to the other. When you are in the Field of Tranquillity, time is slower, more relaxed and your effectiveness is much more effective. You need to do much less and achieve more.
