What are you really in the mood for?

Do you feel like working? Do you want to be active active? Do you feel like meeting friends? Do you feel like sleeping all day and do nothing?

Desire or duty?

Often we force ourselves to do certain things. We have learned to do them and unconsciously continue to do them until we begin to reflect on them. reflect on it.

I "have" to go to work. I "have" to clean. I "have" to think about it. And so on.

How about instead simply saying: "I would like to"? Wouldn't that be much more pleasant? I "want" to work. I "want" to clean. I "want" to think about it.

Change your attitude to: I would like to. That changes your life.

Questions like: Is it good for me to go to work now? to work now? Is it good for me to clean now? Is it good for me to meet friends now? etc. help you to create clarity. If you have the feeling that the answer is "yes", everything is fine. If you answer the question If you answer "no", you need to find out why.

It goes like this: If I feel that it is not right to go to work now, I can ask myself the question: What would I rather do and why? In this example, I could answer the first part of the question by lying on the sofa and watching TV. Then it is possible that the answer to the second part of the question is: because I don't like my boss. I see. Good, now you see a bit clearer. What can you do then? - You can ask God to change this feeling.

Practice makes perfect. So then the question again: Is it good for me to go to work now? There is a better chance that the answer will be yes. If not, you can do the same until you clearly know what you really want.
