What gives me strength?

What brings you back into your power? | Alexandra Kind
YogawithAmit

Many things can bring us into our strength. In principle, we all know that a healthy diet, exercise, sufficient sleep, etc. bring us into our strength or support us in staying in our strength.

But what if our thoughts and feelings could bring us into our power?

Positive - negative. Just flip the switch???

Most of the time our thoughts and feelings run in the background without us noticing them. What does it do to us when we think "I can't do this and that"? Then we actually don't manage it! That means: we don't have the strength to achieve something that we have previously labelled (in our subconscious) as "impossible".

What if instead we started to direct our thoughts more positively? Wouldn't that give us much more strength? Instead of thinking "I have a terrible job and a stupid boss who annoys me" I could, for example, choose the following thoughts: "I enjoy my job and I love going to work." What would happen then?

Maybe you cheat yourself in the short term because you try to convince yourself of something you don't really feel. But after a while you would find a job that you really enjoy! That is the power of our thoughts. The feelings then follow.

So what if you resolved to think only "good" thoughts from now on?

Wouldn't your life look very different after a while? Instead of giving fears and worries and negativity a big place in your head, you make room for the good. Wouldn't that give you much more power after a while? You have the power to take control of your life - and that starts with your thoughts. As soon as you have a negative thought, for example, "Oh no, him again, he's so stupid", you correct it inwardly and say to yourself "I like all people". What would happen to you?

If you practise this consciously and carefully over time, your life would improve considerably and you would also have much more strength to live the life you want.

One thing is certain: it gets better with time!

Maybe it doesn't happen overnight - admittedly. We usually need some time to get out of our habits (also in our heads). But one thing is certain: it gets better with time!

One thing will help you: Ask God to help you dissolve / forget / let go of all your negative thoughts. This will show your subconscious that you are serious and that you actually want to think positively. This will speed up the process and make the transition easier.

Achieve more and more what you desire with all your heart!

My offers help you to create a life that makes you truly happy.
