How do you deal with the death of loved ones?

The death of a loved one is tragic for many people. You lose someone who was important to you. He or she is no longer there and sometimes you even have the feeling that a part of you has "gone away". Many people also take years to accept the loss of a loved one. Often because they do not know that acceptance is the only solution.

Acceptance is the key.

As long as you deny a fact, you suffer. For people who have lost a loved one, it is important to accept and embrace this fact. As long as this is not fully achieved, one suffers (consciously or unconsciously).

It is important to accept both the loss of a particular person and the fact that life is always changing. There is always coming and going in life. Sometimes it is death, sometimes it is just the end of a relationship. That's the way it is for all of us on this earth and there's nothing we can do about it. That is why acceptance is so important and so healing!

Of course, there is a short transition period (a few weeks) during which one grieves. This phase is also important and you should give yourself the time to feel this grief. But after that, you should do everything possible to go on living without this person you miss so much.

People who do not do this are full of anger and sadness. They cannot continue their lives and, on the other hand, hinder the development of those who have left. People who hang on to other souls for years (on one side or the other) only hinder both from going their way.

We ourselves are the only constant in our lives.

Others come and go. Whether we want them to or not. When we love ourselves enough to let others go, separation or change becomes easier.

Achieve more and more what you desire with all your heart!
